Return Policy

At AK Linens, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to return a product. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options and responsibilities.

1. Return Eligibility:
You may return products within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The product has not been used or altered in any way.
- Fabrics have not been cut or modified.
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
- Await confirmation and further instructions from our Customer Support team.

3. Return Shipping:
For returns that are not due to our mistake, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

4. Restocking Fees:
All returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned items.

5. Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be adjusted for any restocking fees and shipping charges (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

7. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized products, fabric that has been cut or altered, and clearance or final sale items. These items are non-returnable.

8. Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, you can return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that AK Linens reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All orders are shipped regular shipping with no signature required. Buyers have an option to request Signature Required at the time of delivery to ensure delivery or to file claim on lost orders. Lost orders that are delivered by the carrier with "no signature required" and marked as "delivered" will not be able to file any claims. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Orders with larger quantities or items with high dim weights may need additional handling or extra charges and will be discussed with the buyer prior to shipping.
